"When the lights come back on, you're surrounded by vending machines"

According to some of you, my last blog post was some kind of subtle announcement that Marble Hornets is now over. Come on, you silly heads, that's not true. You'll know when it's over, don't worry.

The next entry has been shot and is being edited right now. I can't really talk about how it went without spoiling anything or talking about things you've already heard. I guess all I can say is that, looking at what we shot, there's a feeling of "getting back to our roots" here. Take that however you will.

Hopefully we'll be shooting this coming weekend as well. I'm nearing the finish line for my internship hours, so we'll be able to pick up the rate of production soon, I'd say. The weekend after that, we'll be driving up to Nashville to meet with the GMX people. We'll probably have some downtime, so if anyone from the area has any suggestions on things to do, let us know!

Also, thanks to everyone who showed up for my impromptu chat, and Let's Play of Nightmare House 2 over on my ustream channel this past weekend. Despite my eventual whining about the game itself, it was fun to talk with all of you. I'm sure I'll be doing it again soon.

  3. Nashville has some nice parks. Centennial Park has a full-scale replica of the Parthenon, and a nice path around the pond to jog.

Alex and Dr. Emmett Brown go back to the 1800's!

  6. Nightmare House 2 was alright. Had moments. And then long dragging sections of boredom. Too many games are like that. Filler mushed between the good parts. Somewhat annoying.

  7. Centennial Park is the way to go, unless you like Country Music, in which case there's tons of stuff to see.

Also, have breakfast at Pancake Pantry-- it's one of the best places you'll ever go.

  9. At this point in the series, do you finally have an ending in mind?

  10. You would not believe what happened to me today.

Over the course of the past couple of days I have been playing some TF2 and I started chatting with a dude who got me to join his ventrilo server. After some mention of Marble Hornets, and blogs and, general whatnot they came to the conclusion that I actually wasn't you.
Now here I am, wondering if maybe I could talk you into hopping onto Ventrilo and hanging out with a guy who's dreams I inadvertently destroyed with a single word, for a couple of minutes at least.
